The 80 range

UNIT OF LINEAR DISPLACEMENT TRANSMISSION BY BALL SCREW

The displacement units of the range 80 are linear displacement units with column guides and ball bushings which allow strokes with amplitudes between 50 and 200 mm.

Fully machined construction in aluminum alloy.

Guidance is provided by two 62HRC treated and rectified 12mm diameter steel columns.

On these two columns moves a carriage mounted on four recirculating ball bushings.

Movement speed of 100 mm / s.

Repetability in mm: 0.01

Stepper or Brushless motors can be mounted on this range of slides.

The transmission of the movement is ensured by ballscrews with a pitch of only 4 mm.

Limit switch via incorporated micro switch.

These modular motorized slides are intended to be mounted in XY table.
